NO Restocking fees!
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
Why do other companies hide their return policies?
Because of the restocking fees!
You will find our return
policy most agreeable. Here is why:
- Exchanges - We split the shipping with you.
You pay for return shipping when you exchange your order
for one equal in value to the original product's value.

- No restocking fee. On returns, we do ask that you
pay for shipping to and from your location.
- You do not have to take the product to UPS. We send
UPS to you.
- Our return process is very easy.
*Applies for ground shipping within the continuous
United States.
Return and
Exchange Process
If you are not happy with your purchase,
return it within 7 days of
receipt to receive a refund. If the process below is
followed, there are no restocking fees.
- Email us at sales@onlineshoppin.com
- Include your order number
- Include a brief description of why you are returning
the product. We will not hassle you about the reason; we
want to understand.
- We will contact you via telephone within 24 hours to
confirm the return.
- Pack the product in the original shipping container.
Do NOT write on or otherwise damage shipping container.
Boxes are expensive.
- UPS will make three attempts to pick up the product.
- Within 14 days of receipt of product at our
facility, you will receive a refund on your credit card.
Refund amount is original purchase amount less shipping
cost to and from your location.
Note: If the above process is not followed, we
reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns After Christmas
Orders placed prior to Christmas cannot be returned or
exchanged after Christmas.
Warranty Information
All warranty matters are the responsibility of the
manufacturer. We will happily facilitate the warranty
service.
